SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
SHIPMENTS & DELIVERY TIMES
The Website calculates the delivery times if payment of the order is made by credit card (the fastest credit method). Deliveries are made using the most appropriate forwarder for the type of goods and the shipping area.
Pulkra guarantees shipment, including bulky objects (e.g. tables, bathtubs, shower trays), within 7-12 weeks. For small objects, the delivery times may vary in relation to the warehouse stock.
A purchase order comprising goods that are different in terms of dimensions, type and production times could result in separate deliveries and different delivery times for the various articles ordered. Customers are invited always to check the shipping and delivery times, as indicated alongside each product.
If the goods are damaged, it is possible to return them within no later than 14 days from the delivery date. In order to proceed with a return request, it is necessary to send an e-mail to email@example.com, containing the following information:
– Order number
– Photo of the damaged article, the external packaging and the shipping label
– Article no./product SKU: ex. CMPG.TXL.01.04.2080
Keep all the packaging and products while we examine your request.
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted, such as:
– when an article is not in its original state, is damaged or has missing parts, for causes not linked to our error;
– when an article is returned over 14 days after delivery.
You are responsible for paying the shipping expenses for return of the article. The shipping expenses are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping expenses for the return will not be included in the refund.
An exception will be made for products of a value exceeding € 1,000.00. In this case, we will indicate the procedure directly from the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Depending on the country where you live, the time needed to deliver the product could vary.
If you need to ship an article with a value exceeding €100, assess whether it is possible to use a trackable service or to insure the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned article.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that the article has been received. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
a) If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically refunded to the card or to the original payment method within a certain number of days.
b) Late or suspended refunds (if applicable). If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact the credit card company. Some time could be necessary before the refund is formally recorded. Then contact your bank. Time is often needed to process a refund.

1) Articles in promotion
Refunds are only possible on articles at full price. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be made on articles purchased in discount sales.
REPLACEMENTS (if applicable)
We only replace articles if they are faulty or damaged. If you need an exchange with the same article, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
If the value of the product is over €1,000.00, we will organise its collection and replacement. The product must be made available on the ground floor and in the original packaging. An exception is made if installation by Pulkra specialist technicians was requested in the original order. In this case, movement from the relative floor of the building will be included.
An article that has been indicated as a gift or free sample at the moment of purchase and sent directly to you cannot be returned.
